Meet The Educators
Massage CPE was founded by Andrea and Jeremy Pluck, experienced clinicians and educators with a shared passion for raising the standard of massage therapy education in Australia.
Andrea has extensive experience in remedial massage, manual lymphatic drainage, oncology massage, and scar tissue management. She is also an author and published researcher, committed to helping therapists combine evidence with practical clinical reasoning.
Jeremy’s background in nursing, rehabilitation, and remedial massage brings a practical, patient-centred perspective to every course. Together, they create education that is engaging, clinically relevant, and grounded in real-world experience.

Andrea is a dedicated professional in remedial therapies with a passion for supporting therapists and their clients. As co-founder of Massage CPE, she has created a platform offering high-quality continuing education for massage therapists across Australia.
With decades of experience in private practice and mentoring, Andrea brings extensive knowledge and expertise. Her background includes roles in practice management, business development, and human resources, along with qualifications in Remedial Therapies, Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy, Oncology Massage, Pilates, Pregnancy Massage, and Training and Assessment. This diverse experience enables her to provide comprehensive support to therapists.
A member and ambassador of Massage and Myotherapy Australia, and a director of The Australasian Lymphology Association, Andrea has published books on time, stress and conflict management, and more recently “Swollen with Swagger” and “Lipoedema Unveiled.” She has also had peer-reviewed case studies published in international medical journals, which demonstrate the significant impact that massage therapists can have on client outcomes, reinforcing her commitment to helping therapists achieve long-term success in their careers.

Jeremy Pluck
Remedial Therapist/Educator
Jeremy’s journey into remedial and decongestive lymphatic therapy is deeply rooted in his background in nursing, and working with people with disabilites. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in patient care and rehabilitation. Prior to merging their clinics, Jeremy worked as a corporate massage therapist and successfully ran his own clinic, honing his skills in addressing diverse client needs. His extensive experience in both clinical and corporate settings makes him a key contributor to the Massage CPE team, where he is dedicated to advancing the education and support of massage therapists.
Jeremy has played a crucial role as co-author and designer of the case studies and courses, using his clinical experience to develop educational resources that are both insightful and practical. His combined expertise in nursing, and massage therapy has enabled him to create content that effectively showcases the real-world impact of therapeutic interventions. These resources serve as valuable learning tools for therapists, enhancing their skills and understanding. Jeremy leverages his diverse background to provide holistic and effective solutions. His well-rounded understanding of client and therapist needs makes him an essential part of his mission to support and educate massage therapists.
