FAQ
Are there any pre-requisites for the courses?
For most of our courses there are no pre-requisites. If there are any pre-requisites, it will clearly outline this in the course description.
How do I register for a course?
You simply click on the course you wish to purchase and follow the prompts. You have 30 days to complete the course unless stated otherwise.
My payment did not go through, what should I do?
We apologise for this inconvenience and encourage you to reach out to your financial institution as further permissions may be needed to complete the payment. A strong Internet connection and up-to-date browser are strongly recommended.
How many CPE points will I get?
Our Online Courses are intended to deepen your knowledge of a particular field. We advise you to check with your association in regards to CPE points as these may vary. Points cannot be formally applied as credits towards any degrees.
Do I get a certificate?
Upon successful completion, each course offers you the option to print a certificate of completion.
Can I get a refund if I’m unable to attend an online course?
In order to be granted a full refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to massagecpe@gmail.com by 5:00 pm (your local time) 7 full business days before the course’s start date. Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.
You will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid ONLY if Massage CPE cancels the nominated course before you have logged in to access the system.
You will be eligible for a refund of fees paid ONLY if you, the student, decide to cancel within the 7-day money-back guarantee period and only if you have not logged on to the system; please note there is an admin fee of $50 (to cover processing/set up fees we incur).
Massage CPE does not offer full refunds outside of the 7 days under any circumstances due to our significant intellectual property and goodwill. If you have further questions, please get in touch with us at massagecpe@gmail.com
